We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, AMEX or personal check or money order. Personal checks have a waiting period of 5-7 business days for clearance before shipping.

All in stock merchandise will be shipped within 3 business days of cleared payment unless otherwise notified.
Custom orders and personalized jewelry are created after your order is placed and I have confirmed the details with you. You will receive a shipping estimate once your order is confirmed. The current turnaround for personalized jewelry is 5 days or less from order confirmation. This time frame will change during the holiday season, so please order early to insure that you will receive your order in time for gift giving.
First class shipping and handling with delivery confirmation to any U.S. address starts at $3.00 per purchase order. Priority Mail (2-3 day delivery) is also available for $5.50. Insurance is also available at checkout. Please choose insurance amount based on your order total.
Express overnight/2 day delivery is also available on request. Please contact me for a shipping quote for this service. Express delivery charges range from $19.00 - $28.00 and is calculated based on distance from the Chicago area.
International shipping via USPS first class Airmail is a starts at $5.50 for most countries outside of the U.S. Insurance is not available for international shipping. Buyer is responsible for their country's customs fees and/or any other applicable fees that may be imposed.
Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please contact me within 7 days of receiving it. I will gladly refund your money less shipping charges upon return of the item in its original condition. Custom hand stamped jewelry that has been created just for you is not returnable nor refundable unless there is an error on my part. Please check all spellings when placing and confirming your order.
